1. Find healthy snacks you actually enjoy eating!!
For example: I like apples and all sorts of fruit but eating the same things over and over can get monotonous….so change it up! Spice things up…I LOVE sprinkling some lemon juice over my apples, it’s so tasty! Or even get some peanut butter for dipping but be very aware of your portions!
2. Find ways to satiate a sweet tooth with getting your daily recommended doses.
GUMMY VITAMINS! Best thing to happen to a person trying to lose weight with a sweet tooth. Gummy vitamins are so tasty and have everything you need. Grab a couple of bottles of the specific vitamins and such you need, and have a daily “dessert”. I have so many vitamins I indulge on daily, but guess what?! THEY ARE GOOD FOR ME! If I have my vitamins, I don’t feel the need to have anything sweet anymore that day because I already gave myself something nice.
3. Realize you’re doing this for yourself and it’s not a chore someone is forcing upon you.
You are doing this for yourself……..don’t feel like you’re being tortured…know that you are changing your life and transforming into who you want to be. If you want something, let yourself have it…if you want a day off, take it. You are your own rule maker…don’t ask others if it’s okay, you decide for yourself. At the end of the day, you’ll do whatever it takes to make yourself happy if that’s what you really want. No one can make you want to change. Don’t be too harsh on yourself.
