Enough with the damn scale. I hate it. I’m not even going to check my weight until I’m happy with how I look. That’s what matters at the end of the day, isn’t it? I’m not trying to meet a specific weight for anything other than myself…and that’s just because that’s the number that i dubbed myself looking good at. Screw it. I’ll get myself looking good and then dub that my goal because I’ll be happy. There…my mind is set.
Thanks for all the good advice last night, everyone. I will be definitely trying to add some more cardio in pre or post workout.
I want this so bad…I want to be proud and happy with myself. And eventually, I will be. I just have to push myself.
You can do it too. We can do it together!
Is it enough for me to solely rely on that 20 minute workout the entire day to lose a significant amount of weight?
Should I be supplementing with other activities throughout the day, too? Or is the shred enough on its own?
What do you guys think?
Finally have a vacation booked for the Dominican Republic in December and I’m so close, yet so far away, from my goal weight.
I want to look the best I ever have on this vacation and I will work so hard to get the body I want so badly.
Who will be my weight loss buddy?!

I’ve been doing a lot of me time and family time lately. Constantly with someone, doing something.
I’ll try to be here a lot more often now that I’m coming towards the end of my HCG diet and will start back up with exercise and such.
Looking forward to continuing this journey with everyone. We’ll make it there together :]
I can’t believe that just a few months ago I was ecstatic to be out of the 150’s…
I’ve come so far, but not stopping yet :]
Tell me your accomplishments? I’d really like to know and I’m sure my followers would do :]
We can do this together <3
How about some apple pie without the crust!? That’s what I just made for myself! Super yummy, super easy, and super healthy!!
1(or 2 for taste) packets of Truvia Natural Sweetener
Cinnamon ( measured by eye)
Cut up the apple into little pieces.
Put a little…
1. Find healthy snacks you actually enjoy eating!!
For example: I like apples and all sorts of fruit but eating the same things over and over can get monotonous….so change it up! Spice things up…I LOVE sprinkling some lemon juice over my apples, it’s so tasty! Or even get some peanut butter for dipping but be very aware of your portions!
2. Find ways to satiate a sweet tooth with getting your daily recommended doses.
GUMMY VITAMINS! Best thing to happen to a person trying to lose weight with a sweet tooth. Gummy vitamins are so tasty and have everything you need. Grab a couple of bottles of the specific vitamins and such you need, and have a daily “dessert”. I have so many vitamins I indulge on daily, but guess what?! THEY ARE GOOD FOR ME! If I have my vitamins, I don’t feel the need to have anything sweet anymore that day because I already gave myself something nice.
3. Realize you’re doing this for yourself and it’s not a chore someone is forcing upon you.
You are doing this for yourself……..don’t feel like you’re being tortured…know that you are changing your life and transforming into who you want to be. If you want something, let yourself have it…if you want a day off, take it. You are your own rule maker…don’t ask others if it’s okay, you decide for yourself. At the end of the day, you’ll do whatever it takes to make yourself happy if that’s what you really want. No one can make you want to change. Don’t be too harsh on yourself.
Hope these help <3
Let us know how it feels so we have something else to strive for!
We can do it together <3
Are we still doing this together guys!?
Share how much you’re down/ to go !!
Keep the inspiration, motivation, and drive to succeed going!
you wont regret it…
I might step on it every once in a while to see the number for calculation purposes but other than that….it’s useless…
I CLEARLY look like I’ve lost weight but the scale tells me otherwise…which means I’ve lost FAT and maybe gained other factors such as muscle or water weight..
I’ma keep doing what I’m doing and watch my body change :]
That’s really upsetting after 2 weeks of hard work and mostly healthy eating..
I really hope that it’s muscle gain because my boyfriend and I notice a little but of slimming in the stomach region…..I’d hate to think it’s all in my head and that I’ve actually gained weight….
Hope everyone else is doing good <3
